TROUT,
SALMON & WALLEYES
|
|
We offer traditional Lake
Ontario trolling for Trout, Salmon and Walleyes. Our 24' Bayliner
Hardtop carries all the equipment needed to pursue these fantastic game
fish. We carry the finest tackle available, 4 downriggers, outriggers,
planner boards, modern Lowrance sonar, Garmin mapping GPS, temperature
sensing devices, trolling engine, VHF radio, cell phone, and of course
all safety equipment. We also offer combination charters of Trout and
Salmon and Smallmouth Bass/Walleye fishing. Let us help you catch that
memory! We are different from most other charter services, for we can
customize our services to meet your needs and desires. As a licensed
charter captain for 25 years and over 50 years of boating experience, I
will do my best to show you a GOOD TIME. Give us a try!

A bit of what to expect in
New York and Chaumont Bay:
Fishing on Lake Ontario is
truly a unique experience. For the most part, the day will be spent
trolling with rods placed in rodholders attached to the vessel itself.
Lines will be carefully attached to releases far off the sides of the
vessel on outriggers or planing boards, or at various depths under the
surface using downriggers. Four to ten lines will be run
simultaneously. Advanced video sonar and temperature sensing equipment
will help locate the best water and depth to fish. You'll be anxiously
watching the rods for the next strike. As you briskly grab the rod and
set the hook, the rest is up to you. Your battle may be over in ten
minutes, or could last more than an hour. You'll get plenty of
opportunity to develop or refine your skills. I'll be glad to share my
experience and knowledge with you. Please feel free to ask questions.
Though we catch them a lot larger and some even smaller, trout ranging
from three to sixteen pounds, and salmon in the fifteen to thirty pound
class are common. Trolling and drifting is the norm for Bass.
Bass range from 1-4 pounds. Fishing can be a GREAT way to spend a
day and I will try to ensure a "GOOD TIME" on the water.

APRIL: INSHORE TROLLING
Excellent fishing for Browns, Lake
Trout, Rainbows, and Coho Salmon. These school fish run 3-12 pounds.
Cold weather, hot fishing!

Fishing could be inshore or
offshore. Excellent weather month and hot fishing for Walleyes and
Pike. Trout and Salmon are moving offshore.

Lakers, Coho, Chinook Salmon and Walleyes offer you a great mixed

and top sportfishing action for Bass, Walleyes, Trout and Salmon.

Chinook Salmon with Coho and
Steelhead. Offshore trolling for the largest Salmon of the season. The

be great.

Lake Ontario, Chaumont Bay and the various bays that surround our
area. Along with Bass fishing, we can pursue other game fish such
as Northern Pike, Walleyes and Muskys. We supply the finest tackle or
you can bring your favorite rod to do battle with these scrappy game
fish. We specialize in Fly Fishing for Smallmouth Bass out of
this rig.

another charter scheduled. All trips will terminate when the legal
number of fish are boated and kept.
